• First organic mountain farm in Tiers am Rosengarten.
• Our farm is situated on the sunny side of the valley Tiers between 1.100 and 1.200 meters above sea level. Our nearly 3.5 ha of meadows surround our farm and reach up to the adjacent forest. The forest consists of pine and spruce. The meadow area abounds in a variety of perennials that contribute greatly to the farm’s biodiversity. We are pleased to be the first organic mountain farm in the valley Tiers and accordingly only use organic means for our farming. Our meadows are a magnet for bees, and the numerous herbs and other edible plants we grow here provide for our table and are the staple food of our dwarf zebu!
  

  Don't hesitate to ask for a farm tour and experience our farm up close during the hay harvest, a visit to the barn, an excursion through our gardens or get an insight into the life of a honeybee!

We take great pleasure and love for nature in making delicious products from our own natural farm resources. You will find our current range in our small product corner in the entrance area. Enjoy our homemade syrups, fruit spreads, herbal mixtures, our farmer's salami and the sweet forest honey from our honeybees. Our products are also served at breakfast, see for yourself and take a piece of organic farm home with you!
